Oak House

Liverpool

Built in 2006, Oak House is a modern interpretation of a barn.

One of five houses linked by a communal courtyard Oak House was described as “Liverpool’s hottest property” by a regional property magazine, and whilst we welcome praise of our projects we’d never make such a claim ourselves!

The property has certainly attracted attention from film and magazine producers though with a host of celebrities using the property for location shoots.

We used a mix of materials that were used on the original site such as red sandstone and oak timber cladding, but in an obviously modern style of sharp finishes to clearly differentiate the new buildings from the old.
